Review team activity to ensure team targets are being achieved
Registering Applicants
Booking and conducting viewings
Provide written and verbal viewing feedback to Landlords
Building rapport with Landlords
Negotiating and putting forward offers by written and verbal means
Running the touting system in a quick efficient manner
Updating the Landlord Directory with new leads
Calling through the Landlord Directory and trying to secure valuations
Matching properties and undergoing call rounds
Devising marketing material and assisting in marketing campaigns
Keeping the shop window updated
Booking and conducting valuations
Writing up property descriptions and taking property photos
