We are looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of ticketing, CRM and sales strategy across Stoller Hall, Chetham's School of Music and Chetham's Library.
The postholder will take strategic ownership of Spektrix and audience data, using insight to support sales growth, audience & fundraising development.
They will lead pricing, ticketing and sales approaches while ensuring that commercial objectives are balanced with accessibility and inclusion.
They will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Development, Chetham's School of Music and Chetham's Library, as well as promoters, agents and external partners.

This is a full-time position, worked during weekday daytime hours, with a requirement for flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Salary: commencing on £29,887.85 to £31,247.34 per annum (Scale Points 18-20) - Subject to pay review.
20 days per year plus bank holidays.
