The Opportunity

You'll support a portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor while continuing to develop your own expertise.

Full-time or part-time considered

Flexible hours (ideally worked across five days)

Hybrid working

Regular attendance at our Essex and Hertfordshire offices with remote working flexibility

What you'll be doing

Providing practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle.

Supporting employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, capability and absence.

Drafting contracts, policies, letters and HR documentation.

Undertaking HR audits and recommending improvements.

Supporting organisational change, engagement and culture projects.

Building long-term relationships with clients.

Keeping up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice.

Working alongside senior consultants to deliver exceptional client service.

About you

CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it).

Previous HR Advisory/Consultant experience, providing HR advice on a broad range of people matters.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem-solving.

Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.

Genuinely passionate about helping people and businesses succeed.
