  To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Experience: Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with secondary school students, with a solid understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
• Training: A Certificate in Behaviour Management or equivalent. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students., Professional Development: Ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) in education, including relevant certifications or training that enhance teaching effectiveness.
