Degree level education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business
Recognised Industry Post-Graduate Diplomas/MBA (Desirable)
, 5+ years' experience in marketing roles
Experience in premium cosmetics, OTC, or other beauty related business (desirable)
A demonstrable record of success delivering key commercial KPIs
Has led the marketing strategy development for both long/short term, with strong track record of business growth despite challenges.
Experience and knowledge of up-to-date integrated marketing and communication in global company scope.
Strong track record of marketing/communication execution implementation such as ads/promo material development, event planning, etc.
Understands key business functions i.e., Commercial, Finance, Technical, Supply Chain
Ability to develop strong KOL relationships and communication skills to work with HCPs
Aesthetics customer / market knowledge (desired), Good interpersonal and communication skills, and work effectively with both internal and external partners, building strong trust.
