Uphold confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all students., In addition to the Pastoral Support Worker position, we are offering the opportunity to apply for the Mental Health Lead role on a one-year, fixed-term basis. As Mental Health Lead, you will champion the school's approach to mental well-being, integrating mental health support across all aspects of school life. This includes leading initiatives such as Mental Health Awareness Week, overseeing a team of 6th Form Mental Health Ambassadors, and ensuring the effectiveness of the Mental Health First Aid team.
