You will have:

vision, commitment and the ability to communicate a 'can do' attitude
excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate colleagues whilst holding to account
evidence of a track record of raising SEND pupils' achievement
experience as an effective practitioner in Primary Schools
hold a SEND qualification - National Award for SENCOs or a willingness to work towards the qualification
