What You'll Do

You will learn how to:

Progress new mortgage applications to offer
Use pre-defined standards & service level agreements
Monitor proactive case progression & customer service communication by telephone, email, & letters
Ensure a high accuracy level for data entry & ongoing record keeping
Ensure workload is actioned within set SLA, whilst recording case progression
Review & validate mortgage supporting documentation
Provide support to the processing team

Training Outcome

Providing you successfully complete your apprenticeship- you will continue your employment with us
Following completion of a qualifying period, a company pension scheme is available and you will be entitled to 20 days paid annual leave per year (plus bank holidays)
