Collaborate with customer supply chain teams, identify opportunities and implement best-practice processes.

Lead day-to-day communication on supply chain matters, developing strong relationships with key customer contacts.

Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports and provide insights to internal teams and customers., As the Customer Operations Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional end-to-end supply chain service-from order receipt through to delivery-ensuring all customer operational targets are consistently achieved. You will cultivate strong customer relationships, champion supply chain best practices, and drive continuous improvement across order processes to enable efficient and reliable fulfilment.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive mindset, confident in working with SAP and Excel, and quick to adapt to new systems.
