As our Elections Manager, you'll lead the delivery of all electoral services, from planning and running elections to maintaining an accurate electoral register. Lead the Elections Team to deliver all aspects of electoral services.
Plan and manage local, regional, and national elections, including staffing, training, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with legislation, guidance, and statutory deadlines.
Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of the electoral register.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, agents, and key stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement and excellent customer service.

Proven experience managing electoral services and delivering elections.
Strong knowledge of electoral law and statutory requirements.
