You enjoy working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Content and Digital Marketing teams, and have a strong understanding of buyer journeys, ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and campaign performance. As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll lead by example, bringing additional experience, accountability and support to the wider team without direct line management responsibility. Day-to-day, you will:

Develop and deliver digital-first demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth across the Reservations Suite.
Own campaign strategy, collaborating with Content, Design, Web and Paid Media teams to bring campaigns to life.
Partner with Sales to generate high-quality MQLs that convert into SQLs and customers.
Use Marketo and HubSpot to measure performance, optimise campaigns and share insights with stakeholders.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, including AI, LLMs and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), to continually improve campaign performance.

You're an experienced B2B Demand Generation marketer who knows how to turn marketing activity into qualified pipeline and revenue growth. You're commercially minded, data-driven and understand how to build digital-first campaigns that generate high-quality opportunities, not just leads., Proven experience delivering B2B demand generation campaigns within a digital-first environment.
Strong understanding of buyer journeys, ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and multi-channel marketing.
Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and HubSpot
Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise results.
Experience within SaaS or B2B technology is desirable, with hospitality or reservations software experience considered an advantage.
