Introduction

Join Maggs as an Apprentice Executive Assistant & Business Support Manager, supporting the CEO, leadership team and trustees. You'll coordinate administration, HR processes, communications and Microsoft 365 systems, improve business processes, maintain confidentiality, and help create an organised, professional working environment.

About the Employer

Maggs Day Centre is a Worcestershire - based charity supporting people experiencing homelessness and severe disadvantage. We provide practical support, specialist interventions and compassionate, person centred services that promote dignity, safety and long-term change.
Our work includes day centre provision, outreach, housing support, harm reduction, essentials and clothing provision, and partnership-based health and wellbeing services.

What You'll Do

1. To provide executive support, governance administration and business administration for the CEO

2. To work on initiative providing proactive executive support

3. To manage organisational administration to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation

Training Outcome

This role will equip a progressing apprentice to manage and improve a wide range of organisational activity within a business administration environment. The skills and competencies developed during the apprenticeship with Maggs could all be used at an increased scale for a larger organisation.
