What You'll Do

Duties to include:

Processing of engineers’ timesheets
Ordering materials / subcontractors in a timely manner
Booking appointments with tenants for surveys / works to be carried out, to include lettering and mail merge / telephone communications
General office typing and administrative duties
Interaction/communication with customers
Development/improvement of internal systems to assist in the smooth running of contracts
Update software including creating new jobs/booking them in/assigning to engineers and control the status updates on the system
Liaison with and reporting to the housing authorities / clients with the weekly updates of jobs completed / issues
Monitor progress of jobs and advise CM/PM accordingly
Liaise with other departments as required

Training Outcome

This apprenticeship could lead to a full time position once the apprenticeship is completed

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Full Time Contract Administrator Apprentice required for busy office in Redditch. The successful candidate will have a good personality and not be afraid of working under pressure, working 40hours Monday- Friday (Times to be confirmed).

Expected Duration: 1 Year 3 Months
