What You'll Do

Duties will include:

• Handling incoming telephone calls and client enquiries

• Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour

• Preparing legal documents and court bundles

• Audio typing and document production

• Managing diaries, appointments and correspondence

• Liaising with courts, clients, counsel, and external organisations

• General administrative duties including scanning, filing, and post handling
