As part of our IT team, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and projects, including:

Providing first and second-line IT support to colleagues across the business.
Supporting warehouse systems, SAP and business-critical applications.
Assisting with infrastructure, networking and hardware deployments.
Working on exciting IT and digital transformation projects.
Supporting system upgrades, testing and implementations.
Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes.
Working with operational teams to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions.
Assisting with reporting, system documentation and process improvements.
Learning from experienced IT professionals through structured mentoring and on-the-job training.
There will be travel involved in this role for training and development purposes. This could be up to a month at a time.

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals.
An interest in databases, cloud technologies, SAP or warehouse management systems would be advantageous.
