What You'll Do

Providing general office administration and operational support to the business.
Handling daily inbound and outbound phone calls professionally with clients and partners.
Coordinating daily administrative support for care staff working in the field.
Accurate data entry and secure document management across internal systems.
Assisting with the drafting, updating, and maintenance of person-centred care plans.
Supporting senior management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
