What You'll Do

Duties will include:

Finding and contacting suitable candidates for commercial roles
Reviewing CVs and applications to identify suitable applicants
Carrying out initial screening calls with candidates over the phone / Teams
Building positive relationships with candidates and clients
Updating candidate records and keeping information accurate
Supporting right to work checks and referencing
Advertising job vacancies and promoting opportunities on Indeed / Total Jobs / LinkedIn
Booking interviews and supporting the recruitment process
Providing regular updates to candidates throughout the process
Learning about the recruitment process and developing industry knowledge
Working towards completing Recruiter Level 3 apprenticeship
