What You'll Do

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day running of a busy office providing administrative support across multiple departments within the business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable office experience whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Your duties will include:

Accurately entering information onto the company's warehouse management system.
Speaking with customers to confirm product information and delivery details.
Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying and document preparation.
Using Microsoft Office, including Excel, to maintain records and input data.
Answering telephone calls and responding professionally to customer enquiries.
Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
Supporting different departments with a variety of administrative tasks as required.
Full training will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.

Training Outcome

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress into a permanent Business Administrator position within the company, subject to business needs and individual performance. You will have gained valuable experience supporting multiple departments, using industry-specific systems, working with customers and suppliers, and developing the skills needed for a successful career in business administration.
