WMB Mechanical has an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice to join their successful team.

About the Employer

WMB Mechanical Ltd undertake a range of mechanical installations in values ranging from £100 – £2 million within the commercial, industrial, educational and health sectors. Our experience covers both short term and long term contracts and our engineers have an in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of installations.

We ensure every project is completed on time, within budget and is of the highest quality. We believe our hands on approach from our Project Managers and our highly experienced and qualified team of operatives provide a service that is second to none.

We have secured numerous frameworks over many years including Universities, NHS Consortiums, Councils and Industrial.

What You'll Do

Support the HSEQ Manager in maintaining and updating H&S systems, risk assessments, safety manuals and policies.
Monitoring training records for compliance and scheduling any necessary training for operatives.
Assisting with creation of H&S newsletters, employee announcements, reports and meeting preparations.
Monitoring subcontractors, suppliers' records and insurances
Support & maintaining the company's fleet.
Additional administrative duties that may be asked by Director, Estimator or Contracts Manager.

Training Outcome

Successful applicant will have the opportunity to progress onto a higher level apprenticeship and or full time employment.
