Introduction

We're looking for a friendly, proactive person to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Business Administration Apprentice. You'll be at the heart of the action - processing orders, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and helping deliver first-class service to customers.

What You'll Do

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and other sales channels
Follow up on orders, queries and outstanding actions to make sure nothing gets missed
Answer phone, email & DM enquiries in a friendly, professional manner
Keep shared drives, records and admin systems tidy, accurate and up to date (general housekeeping)
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do
Help monitor stock, listings and order queues, flagging any issues promptly
Prepare and help to plan for external events, such as pop-up shops, teacher conferences
Build good working relationships with colleagues across the business
Learn and get comfortable using the systems and software that keep our eCommerce operations running
