What You'll Do

What you will do at work as an apprentice:

Answering telephone and email enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Updating company databases and CRM systems
Supporting finance and HR with administrative tasks
Ordering office supplies and managing stock
Assisting with projects and events
Providing excellent customer service
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
Completing apprenticeship coursework and attending training sessions
Regularly meet with managers and supervisors to track progress

Training Outcome

On completion of a successful apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for a full-time position.
