What You'll Do

Answer and direct telephone calls professionally
Greet visitors and provide general assistance
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems
Assist with document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and printing
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Order and monitor office supplies
Support staff with administrative tasks and projects
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements
Support the EA & Office Manager with monthly meetings with Kitt
Take responsibility for the inventory of catering supplies and catering for internal meetings
Assist with arrangements for company events
