Urban Electrics is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admin Apprentice to join their team in Hull.

As an Admin Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of Urban Electrics’ busy office, developing your administrative and customer service skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

Managing incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Scheduling and coordinating job bookings and appointments.
Answering telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining and updating records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
Liaising with clients and tenants to confirm appointments and job details.
Providing feedback and updates to clients following completed work.
Carrying out a range of general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
