What You'll Do

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a hunger to learn and have a career in the letting's industry.

Responsibilities are to include but not limited to:

Replying and drafting professional emails to the client
Working alongside the Sales Progression and Lettings Teams as customer support on the phone
Interacting with customers on social media
Completing data collection
General office tasks
Keeping a log of energy performance certificates
Tagging property keys
Helping our sales team collect feedback from viewings
Assisting with viewings
Own transport is essential due to assisting with viewings.

Training Outcome

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time position may be offered.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday- Saturday, 9.00am- 6.00pm. (1 hour lunch break) Saturdays are Mandatory (9.00am-4.30pm) and a day off in lieu will be given (day to be arranged) 40 hours a week
