Introduction

We are looking for a friendly and organised individual who can make a significant contribution to the smooth running of the accounts and business services team. The candidate will report to the Accounts Managers and have a broad portfolio of responsibilities which includes both administrative and tax-related matters.

What You'll Do

Onboarding new clients
Dealing with HMRC on various tax and VAT queries
Corresponding with clients to request information and updating the internal system accordingly
Company secretarial work
Preparation of weekly performance reports
Assistance with reception, including answering calls and preparing letters and bills for clients

Training Outcome

The position would become permanent once qualification is completed and room to progress within the company.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday to Thursday either 8.30am-5pm or 9am-5.30pm. Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.
