Deliver automation solutions that streamline operations and reduce manual effort across Tax, Assurance, and Advisory practices
Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and data governance teams to identify use cases and ensure solutions align with our goals
Rapidly prototype AI solutions, test emerging tools, and recommend best practices for adoption

Strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied AI
Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft ecosystem tools
Experience building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation
Solid programming skills in Python and SQL
Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus
Experience preparing datasets and building ML pipelines
Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile delivery practices
Security-conscious mindset with knowledge of data protection best practices, especially when working with sensitive or regulated data

Knowledge of enterprise data governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
Prior experience in professional services such as accounting or consulting is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and emerging technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing clear documentation, training materials, and presentations
