What You'll Do

As part of our Groundworks team your role will consist of:

Assisting experienced groundworkers with day to day site activities
Learning how to carry out a wide range of groundwork tasks, whilst using the right methods and complying with health and safety standards
Set up and prepare sites prior to works commencing
Organising, moving and loading out of materials whilst keeping sites / work areas tidy
Gaining knowledge and acquiring hands on experience with drainage, foundations, kerbing, paving, concreting, excavation support, and general below ground construction works
Learning how to use and handle tools, equipment, materials and site machinery safely
Following site health and safety rules and regulations at all times
Learning how to work as a team in order to carry out works safely and efficiently in order to delivery high quality projects within the given timeframe
Building valuable skills, confidence, respect and experience on site in order to progress your career and grow as an individual
