We are looking for a skilled and confident bicycle mechanic who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling a high volume of repairs and can maintain a high standard of work under pressure. You will mainly focus on:

Quick repairs and walk-in jobs
Supporting workshop workflow
Preparing refurbished bikes for resale
Assisting during busy periods, especially weekends, Carry out repairs and servicing to a high standard
Handle quick turnaround jobs efficiently
Support the preparation of second-hand bikes for sale
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Assist the team during peak times

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in bicycle repairs
Strong technical ability across a wide range of bikes
Ability to work independently without supervision
Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Cytech qualification is a plus, but not essential
