Carer Driver Surrey Community Support

Areas Required: Guildford Woking Camberley Godalming

Unicare Complex Care Specialist is a CQC-registered provider of supported living, complex care and community outreach. We help the people we support to live full, independent lives in their own homes and communities and our carers are at the very heart of that mission. We are looking for warm, reliable Carer Drivers to support our young autistic and LD clients across the Surrey community. You will sometimes drive clients safely to activities, appointments and days out, and provide the compassionate personal and social support that helps them get the most out of every day.

Where you'll be working

Across Surrey, with clients based in and around:

Guildford

Woking

Camberley

Godalming

Your hours

Term time: Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 9:00am – 4:00pm

School holidays & half term: Monday – Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm

Pay & mileage

£14- £15.00 per hour depending on experience

Mileage reimbursed at £0.45 per mile (paid for one-way travel)

Provide induction and ongoing training, with real opportunities to develop your career

What we're looking for

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business-use insurance ideal)

A caring, patient and dependable nature, with a genuine desire to make a difference

The right to work in the UK

Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (we will arrange and support this)

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential; full training is provided
