Oversee all financial operations across the management company entities, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and cash management activities
Deliver accurate and timely financial, management, and investor reporting in accordance with relevant GAAP and regulatory standards
Lead the audit and tax processes for corporate entities, acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers
Partner closely with the fund finance and third-party fund administrators to oversee fund accounting, reporting, and operational processes
Support fund launches, structuring, and closings in collaboration with legal, compliance, and investment teams
Provide commercial financial analysis and insights to support investment decision-making, business planning, and strategic initiatives
Assist with fundraising activities by preparing financial projections, performance metrics, and investor due diligence materials
Lead the development and implementation of scalable finance processes, controls, and best practices across the platform
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and jurisdictional requirements

Qualified accountant
Strong technical accounting expertise, including consolidations and relevant accounting standards
Commercially minded with experience supporting strategic initiatives and delivering solutions within a fast-paced environment
Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
Experience of fund structures, partnership accounting, carried interest mechanisms, and investor reporting requirements
Proven experience managing relationships
