Maintain a visible patrol presence across all resort sites and buildings
Conduct scheduled and random patrols of grounds, accommodation blocks, plant rooms and service areas
Secure and unlock buildings in line with operational requirements
Identify hazards, risks or breaches and take appropriate action
Respond to alarm activations and investigate concerns
Deter unauthorised access, trespassing or inappropriate behaviour
Support emergency procedures including evacuations and incident response
Accurately record incidents, patrol logs and Daily Occurrence Book entries
Escalate serious concerns promptly to the Security Manager or emergency services
Communicate clearly with colleagues using radios and approved channels
Remain vigilant to safeguarding concerns and report appropriately
Use and manage security equipment (including radios and body-worn cameras) correctly, This role requires strict adherence to safeguarding, health & safety and licensing procedures.
