Plan and deliver customised lessons
Support a range of SEN learning needs
Keep students motivated with creative approaches
Build self-esteem and encourage independence
Track progress and refine learning strategies

Background in education, SEN, or mentoring
Calm, supportive, and proactive nature
Ability to connect and inspire young people
Understanding of safeguarding requirements
Able to commute within the Poole area
