We are currently looking for a Senior Design Manager who will be accountable for the design process for the project. As the Senior Design Manager, you will:

Management of the design process for the project from preparation of the design scope with our design partner.
Professionally qualified from a relevant accredited body e.g. Institution of Civil Engineers, Royal Institute of British Architects, Chartered Institute of Building, Engineering Council, Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation, The Institution of Engineering and Technology.
Relevant degree (or similar) in the technical discipline being managed e.g. Civil engineering, Building, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
CSCS Card in suitable category (e.g. Professionally qualified Person or Manager).
Experience of managing direct reports of three or more and in setting goals and development plans for them.
Experience of managing the design of projects and disciplines of a similar scale and complexity.
