Maintain HSE records, databases and document control systems
Record and track incidents, near misses & corrective actions
Manage training records including planning and document control of certificates etc.
Support inductions, create toolbox talks, writing meeting minutes
Raise purchase orders and complete invoice booking
Arrange and support CI workshops, kaizen events and project meetings
Support in tracking savings, waste reduction, productivity and key performance indicators for the site
Prepare reports, presentations and agendas. Assist with departmental projects

Working Week: Office hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday. 8.30am - 2.00pm, Friday. (Opportunity to flex start between 7.30am and 9.30am).

Expected Duration: 1 Year 6 Months
