Provide advice, support, and consultation on broad ranging employee matters, and guidance around administration and interpretation of policies and employment issues.
Investigate colleague complaints and concerns; obtain relevant documentation and data via interviews; provide advice and take necessary steps to resolve on behalf of GBT
Advise, guide and resolve cases, with an aim to always provide a positive work environment for all colleagues
Partner with leaders to deliver training on best practice, strategies for managing problems, and responding to colleague grievances.
Support analysis of casework trends, survey results, escalations, and complaints to determine areas of opportunity to improve work environment and culture
Support end-to-end people processes through developing and maintaining a positive, value add relationship with business leaders and HR colleagues

Experience in HR, ideally with exposure to employee relations. In lieu of experience, you'll have a degree in Human Resources, or CIPD (level 3).
