The post holder will deputise for the Head of Healthcare supporting delivery of strategic goals for the service and those of HMP Coldingley leadership team.
The post holder will support leadership of a multidisciplinary team alongside colleagues, subcontracted and other partners/organisations paying special and constant attention to ensuring CNWL and HMP Coldingley staff work in an integrated way to develop a 'One Team' approach.
Support Cordingley's HoH and team to provide high quality healthcare services that are constantly reviewed to ensure they meet the needs of prisoners in custody and that includes the involvement of service users and family in planning care and services.
Operationally manage designated services within healthcare at HMP Coldingley to ensure an equitable service to that available in the community. The post holder is responsible for ensuring that the highest quality, evidence-based services are provided.
