Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced, quality restaurant or pub
A hands-on attitude with the confidence to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with a strong desire to learn and grow
