As Bar Supervisor, you will assist in the management of beverage service within the Palm Court and Seaforth Restaurant Team and floor areas. Ensuring you and your team deliver service to an optimum level, in support of the Bar Operations Manager and Palm Court Floor Manager.. This role has variable shifts, evenings and days of work 5 days over 7 (inclusive of weekends when Restaurants & Bars are busy). You will ensure the highest quality of customer service and emotional intelligence in all areas, with demonstrated commitment in hitting financial, operational targets and adherence to licensing laws. Training, upskilling and motivating the team is a priority along with delivering key measurables on stock, key lines and financial bar closing reports. You will be an expert in Mixology specialising in the Art of the Bar and delivering cocktails with a story. You will have a passion for Alchemy and pride for your team to share your enthusiasm.
