Ascent Energy Services in Samlesbury are recruiting for an Apprentice Business Administrator. The successful applicant will complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.

What You'll Do

Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and online systems
Updating and maintaining company databases, CRM systems and job management software
Processing customer information, job records and documentation accurately
Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of engineers,appointments and customer visits
Learning and following company procedures, policies and quality standards
Participating in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship programme
Providing general administrative support to the wider operations, planning and customer support teams
