Full Job Description
Assess candidate performance against set criteria.
Develop and deliver bespoke and open training sessions.
Maintain training documentation and ensure content is up to date.
Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements., Company:- The organisation delivers accredited technical training across the electrical safety, mechanical systems, and water hygiene industries, supporting facilities, estates, and compliance teams across sectors including healthcare, defence and FM.
Previous hands-on experience working as a Mechanical, Building services or HVAC Engineer.
Strong understanding of current safety legislation and industry standards.
Ability to assess candidate performance effectively.
Confident delivering training to varied audiences.
Previous experience delivering any training or coaching would be hugely beneficial.

Salary :- £45,000 - £48,000 + 33 Days Holiday (inc. Banks), Pension Scheme, Car Allowance & More.
