Proseal UK is a leading manufacturer of tray sealing machinery. Proseal is part of JBT Marel, a global leader in food processing equipment. You will be part of our admin team that is responsible for various types of admin support across our business. During the apprenticeship, you will be trained on several aspects of our organisation.

What You'll Do

Communication Management: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence with clients or vendors
Documentation and Data Entry: Updating computer records, creating reports, typing documents, filing information, and maintaining databases
Preparing for Meetings: Taking minutes, preparing documents, and setting up meeting rooms
Reporting: Updating management on business activities

Training Outcome

You will be encouraged to continue to develop your practical skills and knowledge through on-the-job training, further education and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.

Your training will involve you working across many areas of the business. During your time in each area, you will have targets and objectives to achieve, all of which you will be monitored and assessed on.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.15 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day and two paid 15 minute breaks per day. A total of 39 hours per week.

Expected Duration: 1 Year 6 Months
