Working Arrangements
Working Week: Our Service Desk runs Monday to Friday with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, plus a late shift (12:00pm–8:00pm) on a rota. There’s also an on-call rota for out-of-hours support (don’t worry, we’ll explain how that works!).
Expected Duration: 18 Months
