site teams work throughout the UK working for clients such as Amazon, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons,

What You'll Do

Responibilities:

You will be providing administrative support to colleagues to ensure the efficiency and smooth day to day running of various departments to involve the following:

Providing office support to colleagues
Printing / photocopying / scanning / uploading / downloading documentation to / from client web sites
Maintaining an electronic filing system
Dealing with telephone calls and emails within the departments
Keeping well organised files and records
Preparing documents by printing, copying, binding
Completing and editing company documentation and correspondence
Collecting and sorting post
Assisting with the payroll run each week and processing timesheets
Accounts administration duties

Training Outcome

A full-time permanent role within the company upon successful completion of apprenticeship
