Serve as the welcoming, clear, and empathetic first point of contact for tenants, clients, and Housing Associations.
Chase outstanding parts, follow up on resident jobs, manage non-access updates, and resolve job queries quickly.
Work closely with internal departments and the Call Centre Manager to meet client KPIs and maintain smooth workflows.
