Job Description:

Ideal for someone looking to move away from site work into a more stable role. If you've worked in construction and want something more stable, this could be for you. We're looking for someone with hands-on trade experience to help others learn practical construction and maintenance skills. You don't need to be a qualified teacher—we'll train you. This role offers:

Monday to Friday working (no weekends)
Smaller groups and no site pressure
Great holidays and pension
The chance to pass on your skills and experience

In this role, you will:

Deliver practical, hands-on construction sessions (not just classroom-based)
Show learners how to carry out real trade tasks safely and correctly
Support individuals to build confidence, skills, and work readiness
Adapt how you teach depending on the person (much like mentoring on site)
Keep basic records of progress (we'll show you how)
Work as part of a team to run a safe and effective workshop environment
