Lead and organise the admin team, ensuring excellent daily operations
Be the first point of contact for visitors, calls and enquiries
Oversee attendance, pupil welfare and front office systems
Manage key areas including HR admin, finance processes, and data compliance (GDPR)
Support the Headteacher with communications, reports and school systems
Ensure the school office runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally at all times

Experienced in school administration
Confident leading and motivating a team
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Skilled in IT systems (MIS, Microsoft 365, finance systems)
Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
Committed to safeguarding and confidentiality
A background in finance, HR or data management would be an advantage
A key leadership role within the school
