Job Description

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Partner to join one of the most intriguing law firms in the Midlands market. Our client has built a quiet reputation for doing things differently but with the absolute seal of quality. With a hugely collaborative and entrepreneurial culture and a unique platform that really sets the firm apart, the firm attracts high-calibre lawyers and clients alike.

Its real estate practice is recognised for advising on some of the most significant investment and development projects across the UK and internationally. The firm is now seeking an accomplished Real Estate Partner to play a key strategic role within the Birmingham office. This is a genuine succession opportunity, offering the successful individual the chance to develop an established practice while helping to shape the future direction of the team.

You'll bring a strong track record in real estate investment and development work, having likely advised institutional investors, developers, funds and corporate occupiers on significant projects. With a demonstrable ability to generate and grow business, you'll be interested in taking on a key leadership role within this progressive and expanding practice.

In return, the firm offers a compelling platform for growth, access to premium domestic and international clients, and a culture that genuinely differentiates it from its competitors. This is an outstanding opportunity for a partner seeking a long-term strategic move rather than simply a change of address.
