Inform dispatcher/planner in case of deviation of target time and inform when mission is finished
Spare parts identification during missions
Provide information for mission classification changes: billable, warranty, goodwill. Inform supervisors in case of damages to machine based on customer fault
In-house service
Perform briefing after an installation and complex repairs
Send back spare parts and tools after mission
Lead engineer for complex installations
Report tasks to project manager during complex installations
