Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of complex commercial contracts.
Proven experience dealing with services and consulting agreements, licensing agreements, content agreements, software development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLA agreements, or e-commerce agreements.
Partnering and supporting a fast-paced sales or business organisation by managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.

Minimum 3 years' experience as a paralegal within a commercial law environment.
Good academic credentials.
In-house legal experience is strongly preferred (directly, or as a secondee).
Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
