About the Employer

Opulent Media is a media and publishing company focusing on the luxury sector. Oracle Time is our flagship publication which is a men’s luxury watch and lifestyle publication and website which has been running for over 8 years. We also create content for luxury brands ranging from contract publishing to video content, to social media management.

What You'll Do

Oracle Time is an established print magazine and digital media platform covering the world of watches. We have a driven, close-knit team, and this role gives you responsibility for something important from day one: looking after and growing our subscriber base.

The role combines administration, customer service and marketing. You will:

Look after our subscribers and respond to customer queries
Manage the monthly distribution of the magazine
Keep customer records accurate across our subscription and email platforms
Help create and send our membership newsletter
Support campaigns designed to attract new subscribers and retain existing ones
Assist with general customer service and administrative tasks
Have the opportunity to develop your social media and digital marketing skills

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Good qualities for this role include being motivated, organised and creative, with a strong eye for detail. You should also have an interest in customer service and marketing, and be confident communicating with customers and working as part of a team.
